These terms apply when your agency uses Travacot to search, book and pay for hotel stays. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your agency.
About these terms
Travacot provides a hotel booking platform for travel agencies and travel professionals. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Who can use Travacot
Travacot is trade-only. Accounts are available to registered travel agencies and travel professionals booking on behalf of their clients. We ask for business documents to verify your agency, and we may decline or close accounts that do not meet our requirements.
Your account
- Keep your agency details accurate and up to date.
- Keep your login details confidential and do not share them.
- Your agency is responsible for bookings and activity made through its account.
Plans
Travacot offers the Self Serve Plan and the Growth Plan. Both are free. The Self Serve Plan has no booking commitment. The Growth Plan includes a booking commitment, $100 wallet credit, ongoing wallet funding, market insights and hands-on support, on terms we agree with your agency separately.
Bookings and rates
Rates, availability and conditions, including cancellation terms, are shown before you confirm a booking. Bookings are also subject to the terms of the hotel or supplier providing the stay. You are responsible for passing the relevant booking information and conditions to your clients.
Wallet and payments
Bookings are paid from your Travacot wallet balance. You can top up your wallet with local payment options or a bank transfer. Your wallet statement shows top-ups, bookings and, on the Growth Plan, wallet funding.
Wallet funding on the Growth Plan
On the Growth Plan, we review the bookings your agency has made every two months and add funds to your wallet based on that activity. Funding pauses if your bookings stop. The details of your commitment and funding are set out in your Growth Plan agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Travacot, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the platform, or making bookings that are fraudulent or that you do not intend to honour.
Intellectual property
Travacot, its logo, content and software belong to Travacot or its licensors. You may use them only to use the platform in line with these terms.
Liability
This section will set out the limits of each party’s liability. It must be completed by Travacot’s legal team.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect.
